Catfish Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 7 catfish fillets
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except fillets.
Dredge fillets in melted butter.
Roll in bread crumb mixture.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
