Pittsburg Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, cubed
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 jar sliced pimentos, drained
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 c. white sauce
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt butter, blend in flour and salt; stir with whisk until bubbly.
    Add milk slowly, heat until thick.
