Yummy Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
2 tsp. sugar
2/3 c. warm water
1/2 c. evaporated milk
3 1/2 to 4 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. soft margarine
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 lb. Muenster cheese, shredded
1 small chopped green chilies
1 egg
1 Tbsp. cilantro

Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add sugar.
Add evaporated milk to the yeast and sugar mixture.
Warm on top of stove or in microwave to approximately 110\u00b0.
