Rum Pudding(Romfromage) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. water
    1 1/2 oz. rum
    1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks and sugar until lemon colored.
    Soak gelatin in 1/4 cup water and melt over hot water.
