Spaghetti Squash Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 tsp. vanilla
2 c. blended spaghetti squash
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Beat eggs until frothy and add sugar slowly.
Beat on medium speed while adding oil.
Blend in vanilla and squash.
Mix dry ingredients and add to squash mixture.
You may add nuts or raisins if you wish.
Grease and flour 2 bread pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 - 60 minutes.
