Pineapple Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb. 4 oz.) cans pineapple, drained
    1 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sharp cheese, grated
    crumbled Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients.
    Crumble Ritz crackers over top. Melt butter and drizzle over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
