Cornbread Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. yellow meal
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sweet milk
1 can cream-style corn
1/2 tsp. soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Wesson oil
1 lb. ground meat
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
4 hot peppers, chopped
Preparation
-
Saute ground meat.
Pour half of the batter in iron skillet that has oil in it.
Sprinkle with meat, grated cheese and chopped pepper.
Add rest of batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes. Cook pinto beans and you have a great meal.
