Chicken Cordon Bleu Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    4 chicken breasts, skinless
    4 thin slices low-fat ham
    4 thin slices low-fat Swiss cheese
    1 c. herb stuffing mix
Preparation
    In glass baking dish, melt margarine and set aside.
    Between 2 pieces of plastic wrap, lightly pound chicken to flatten for even cooking.
    Remove wrap.
    Place one slice of ham then cheese on each breast.
    Start at narrow end and tightly roll up; roll in flour, then in melted margarine, then in stuffing mix to coat.
    Place in baking dish, uncovered, in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
