Venezuelan Scrambled Eggs(Perico) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. finely chopped onions
    1 c. finely chopped seeded tomato (without the skin)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 eggs
Preparation
    In a big skillet, heat the oil and butter.
    Fry the onions until well cooked, approximately 5 minutes.
    Add the tomato, salt and pepper and fry it all together, 7 to 8 minutes, until it is a little dry.
    Then pour the eggs, already beaten, and scramble them with all the ingredients already in the skillet.
    Serves 4 to 6.
