Pasta With Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 lb. shell shaped pasta, cooked and drained
    red pepper flakes to taste
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Wash and trim broccoli, separating florets into bite-size pieces.
    Cook broccoli, strain and set aside.
    Heat oil in large saute pan.
    Add garlic, saute in oil for 2 minutes.
    Add broccoli and toss.
    Add pasta and red pepper flakes.
    Heat, stirring constantly.
    Add cheese, stirring to distribute well.
    Serve immediately.
    Makes 4 servings.
