Scalloped Oysters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. oysters
4 Tbsp. margarine
1 can condensed chicken gumbo soup
2 c. fine cracker crumbs
Preparation

Drain and reserve liquid from oysters.
Place in a layer in a large baking dish.
Season and cover with crumbs and half of the soup mixture.
Repeat in layers.
Dot with margarine and bake at 350\u00b0 until edges of oysters curl and top is brown.
