Sally'S Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    2 eggs or equivalent of egg replacer
    4 medium, very ripe bananas, mashed
    nonstick cooking spray
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 275\u00b0.
    Mix dry ingredients together well to ensure even dispersion of baking soda.
    Add sugar, margarine and eggs.
    Stir.
    Slowly mix in bananas.
    Pour batter into a standard bread pan lightly coated with nonstick cooking spray.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
