Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

1 c. plain cornmeal
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sweet milk
1/4 c. bacon drippings
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 (No. 303) can cream-style corn
2 large onions
3 to 6 hot jalapeno peppers
1 large can tomato sauce
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 to 2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. bacon drippings
Preparation

Mix and set aside the cornmeal, eggs, sweet milk, 1/4 cup bacon drippings, baking soda, salt and cream-style corn.
