Baked Eggplant Palmisigano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    tomato and meat sauce (preferably homemade)
    1 large eggplant, peeled and sliced
    8 Tbsp. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    8 Tbsp. freshly grated Romano cheese
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    fresh parsley
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 c. plain bread crumbs
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix bread crumbs, flour, parsley, garlic powder and 3 tablespoons cheeses together.
    Beat eggs and dip eggplant slices, first in eggs, then in breading.
