Taco Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 chopped bell pepper
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
dash of cayenne pepper
1 can salsa
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 bag plain Mexican chips
Preparation

Cook the ground beef, onion and bell pepper.
Set aside. Place a thick layer of Mexican chips on the bottom of an 8 x 11-inch casserole dish, then spread the ground beef mixture ove the chips.
Next, sprinkle shredded cheese on the top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until the cheese melts.
Spoon salsa on the top and serve. If you like it hot, add the jalapeno peppers.
