Coconut Date Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine or butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 pkg. chopped dates
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/2 C. Rice Krispies
Preparation
    In a skillet, melt butter or margarine.
    Add sugar and dates. Cook for 2 minutes.
    Add Rice Krispies and pecans.
    When mixture is cool, roll in coconut and powdered sugar while forming mixture into balls.
