Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak (1/2-inch thick)
    3 green peppers, sliced
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. Accent
    3 onions, sliced
    1/2 c. consomme
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut steak into bite size pieces.
    Brown on both sides in greased skillet.
    Cover with onions and peppers.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and simmer for 1 hour, or until meat is tender.
    Yields 4 servings.
