Ryans Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 can stewed tomatoes, crushed
    2 cans tomatoes, crushed
    1 small box elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    cheese crackers, crushed
    salt, pepper, garlic salt, sugar, oregano to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck and onion; drain.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Cook on medium 20 to 30 minutes.
    Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Add crushed crackers on top.
    Bake until crackers are brown on 375\u00b0 about 15 minutes.
