Quick Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Bismix
    3/4 c. water
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
    Empty Bismix into large bowl; stir in water.
    Beat with wooden spoon until smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients, except 1/2 cup cheese and butter.
    Pour into pan.
    Sprinkle with the cheese; dot with butter.
    Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes.
