Curried Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. cornmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 egg
1 1/2 Tbsp. milk
6 chicken breast halves
vegetable oil
Preparation

Combine flour, cornmeal, salt, curry powder and paprika; mix well and set aside.
Combine the egg and milk in a shallow bowl and beat until blended. Dip chicken in the egg mixture and dredge in the flour mixture.
Fry chicken in hot oil (350\u00b0) 10 to 15 minutes on each side; or you may bake this in a deep dish in the oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
