Kentucky Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 3/4 Tbsp. pineapple juice (hot)
    4 egg yolks, beaten (save the whites)
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
Preparation
    Mix well, then fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Pour in tube pan and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until done.
