Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken cooked, deboned and torn into pieces
3 slices bread torn into pieces
1 egg beaten
1 can chicken noodle soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper to taste
1 stick oleo
1 sleeve crackers
Preparation

Boil and debone chicken. Add 1 egg, bread, soups, salt and pepper. Stir together and place in greased pan. In skillet melt margarine and crushed saltines. Saute until golden brown. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
