Homestyle Pork N Pintos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. dry pinto beans
    5 c. water
    2 lb. pork shoulder, cubed or country ham, cubed
    2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    1 small chopped onion
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Wash beans thoroughly.
    Combine all ingredients in crock-pot on high 5 to 6 hours, on low 10 to 12 hours.
