Brie And Sausage Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) round Brie
    1 lb. ground hot pork sausage
    6 slices white bread
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    7 large eggs, divided
    3 c. whipping cream, divided
    2 c. fat-free milk
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh or dried sage
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Trim rind from Brie; cut into cubes.
    Set aside.
    Cook sausage, stirring until crumbled and no longer pink.
    Cut crust from bread and place evenly in 13 x 9 lightly greased baking dish. Layer evenly with bread slices, sausage, Brie and grated cheese. Whisk together 5 eggs, 2 cups whipping cream and next four ingredients; pour evenly over cheeses.
    Cover and chill 8 hours. Whisk remaining 2 eggs and 1 cup whipping cream; pour over chilled mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until set.
