Seafood-Potato Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen halibut fillets
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen loose-packed hash brown potatoes
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. frozen shelled shrimp
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onions
    2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    1 tsp. dried marjoram, crushed
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, bring undrained tomatoes and 2 cups water to a boil; add frozen halibut, vegetables and shrimp.
    Stir in next 4 ingredients.
    Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Stir occasionally to break up.
    Top with cheese.
    Serves 8.
