Sweet And Sour Beef And Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. lean ground chuck
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 medium head cabbage, cored and cut into 6 wedges
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
brown sugar substitute equal to 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
-
Cook ground chuck, onion, celery and green pepper in large skillet over medium heat until meat is brown and vegetables are tender.
Drain, pat dry with paper towels.
Wipe skillet and clean.
Return meat mixture to skillet and sprinkle with parsley, salt and garlic powder.
Put cabbage over top.
