Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. diced and skinned apples
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs. Add oil and sugar. Add vanilla and dry ingredients. Make a stiff batter and fold in apples. Grease pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
    Makes 2 loaves.
