Chicken Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chicken cutlets, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
    2 to 3 Tbsp. taco seasoning
    3 Tbsp. oil
    soft taco shells
    Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 to 2 tomatoes, diced
    1 can black olives, diced
    shredded lettuce
    hot chili peppers
    salsa
    sour cream
Preparation
    Saute chicken in oil and seasoning 10 minutes or until done. Layer chicken on shell.
    Cover with cheeses, tomato, olives, lettuce, hot peppers and salsa.
    Cover with another taco shell. Sprinkle shell with more cheese.
    Heat in microwave 1 minute.
    Cut into wedges.
    Serve on platter with salsa and sour cream to garnish.
