Plain Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 beaten egg
3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Combine milk and egg.
Pour in liquid ingredients; stir only until flour is moistened.
Stir in melted shortening.
Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full.
Bake for 20 minutes at 425\u00b0.
