Spaghetti Cheese Amandine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. spaghetti or noodles
1/4 c. margarine
1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 c. slivered blanched almonds
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. basil
pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook pasta; drain.
Melt margarine in large skillet.
Saute almonds; add pasta, cottage cheese and seasonings.
Toss until heated through.
Makes 6 servings, approximately 240 calories per serving.
