Dottie'S Honey Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oats
    2 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. yeast
    5 c. flour
    1/2 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup real warm water.
    Pour boiling water over the oats and let stand a few minutes.
    Add butter (it will melt), honey and salt.
    When cooled to lukewarm, add the dissolved yeast.
    Mix in the flour 2 cups at a time, stirring well after each addition.
    Knead on floured board and rise in bowl for 1 to 2 hours until doubled.
    Punch down and make 2 loaves.
    Bake after it has risen again at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
