Pineapple Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/5 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1 T. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 t. lemon juice
    4 oz. colby or Cheddar cheese, cut into bite-size pieces
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Drain pineapple chunk reserving juice.
    In a large (2 quart) microwave-safe bowl, combine pineapple juice, flour, sugar and lemon juice.
    Microwave on high for 3 minutes, stirring every minute.
    Watch carefully during last minute as this mixture boils over easily.Refrgerate dressing mixture for 30 minutes to 1 hour to chill.
    Dressing mixture thicken as it cools.
    Combine pineapple chunks and cheese in a medium-size serving bowl.
    Pour dressing over pineapple and cheese; add marshmallows and stir until well coated.
