German Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef, seasoned to taste
1 c. celery, chopped
3 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
4 carrots, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. Lipton dry onion soup mix (sprinkle on potatoes and carrots)
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted (spread on top)
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onion rings
Preparation

Place in greased casserole in order listed except onion rings. Cover and bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours in 350\u00b0 oven.
Top with onion rings the last 10 minutes.
