Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. blueberries (thawed and drained)
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients and beat.
Reserve 1 tablespoon to toss with blueberries.
In center of mixture, combine eggs, milk and butter.
Stir just until mixed; toss blueberries with flour and barely stir in.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
Makes 18 muffins.
