Deep Dish Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. tart cooking apples
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves
Preparation

Pare apples, slice thinly into large bowl.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Combine sugar, flour, nutmeg and cloves; gently toss with apples, mixing well.
Pour in pie crust and bake.
