Jack'S Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded mild Cheddar cheese
    2 c. (7 oz.) elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
Preparation
    Make a white sauce with margarine, flour, milk and salt.
    Add cheese; stir until melted.
    Fold cheese sauce into macaroni in a 2-quart casserole.
    Top with Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
