Desperation Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 round of steak from freezer
sour cream and onion dip (leftover from chips and dip)
1 lb. sausage
1 pkg. dressing
Preparation

Remove bone from steak; pound well.
Make rectangle.
Spread with layer of onion and sour cream mix.
Pat thin layer of sausage over all.
Mix dressing according to package.
Pat over sausage. Start on long side.
Roll up; hold with toothpicks.
Put seam side down.
Spread onion and sour cream mixture over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Good for unexpected company.
