Ginger Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. molasses
    1 Tbsp. ginger
    3 eggs
    1 c. boiling water (put 1 Tbsp. soda in c., add hot water and stir)
    6 to 7 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Don't make too stiff.
    Let stand overnight.
    Next day, roll out to 1/4-inch deep.
    Cut into rounds and bake 10 to 12 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Don't overbake.
    Keeps well.
