Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 German chocolate cake mix
    1 pkg. Kraft caramels
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. nuts
    3/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Mix cake mix as directed; pour half in 9 x 13-inch pan (greased).
    Bake for 15 minutes, cool.
    Melt caramels, butter and evaporated milk.
    Cool and pour over the top of the baked layer. Put chocolate chips and nuts on caramel layer.
    Pour remaining batter on top and finish baking.
