Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. farmer's cheese or cottage cheese, well drained
1 c. sugar
1 lemon rind and juice
3 eggs, separated
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. milk
Preparation

Beat egg whites separately and add last.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until set.
Makes two 8-inch pies.
