Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large sweet potatoes
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. corn oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. half and half
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 pie shells (frozen style)
Preparation
    Boil sweet potatoes until very soft and peel while hot.
    Mash together potatoes, butter and oil.
    Mix sugar, flour, nutmeg and cinnamon and add to potato mixture.
    Add half and half, eggs (slightly beaten) and vanilla to mixture.
    Blend and pour into pie shells.
    Sprinkle top with a little bit of sugar and nutmeg.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour or until brown on top.
