Carmelitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. uncooked quick oats
    3/4 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 jar caramel topping
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in large mixing bowl and beat at low speed until well blended.
    Spread evenly in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
