Parmesan Potato Crisps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 small baking potatoes
    2 tsp. margarine, melted
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    dash of pepper or seasoned salt
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes; thinly slice (you should have 2 cups sliced potatoes).
    Arrange potatoes in a thin layer in a lightly greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
    Brush with melted margarine. Sprinkle cheese and pepper or seasoned salt over potatoes.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 450\u00b0 oven for 18 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are brown and crisp.
    Serves 4.
