Pie Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sifted flour
    4 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. lard
    2 eggs
    5 or 6 Tbsp. cold water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in a big bowl.
    In a bowl, put eggs, water and vinegar; beat.
    Set aside.
    Gently crumble lard into flour mixture.
    Sprinkle water mixture on, 1 tablespoon at a time, tossing mixture lightly and stirring with a fork.
    Add water each time to the driest part of mixture.
    The dough should be just moist enough to hold together when pressed gently with a fork.
    It should not be sticky.
