Basic Lemon Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour, not sifted
2 Tbsp. sugar
grated rind of one lemon
5 Tbsp. butter, chilled
3 Tbsp. vegetable shortening, chilled
2 to 3 Tbsp. lemon vinegar
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar and lemon rind.
Cut in butter and shortening.
Add enough vinegar to hold pastry together.
Chill until ready to use.
