Sweet Potato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 to 16 oz.) pkg. nut quick bread mix
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/8 tsp. cloves
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. drained and mashed sweet potatoes
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    In large bowl stir together mix and spices.
    Add water, potatoes, egg and oil.
    Stir just until moist.
    Use five 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch loaf pans or 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
