Beef Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 potatoes
    2 or 3 carrots
    1 or 2 onions, chopped
    salt and pepper
    3 or 4 lb. beef roast
    1/2 c. beef broth
Preparation
    Put vegetables in bottom of crock-pot.
    Salt and pepper meat. Add liquid.
    Cover.
    Cook on low 10 to 12 hours.
    Remove meat and vegetables and thicken gravy.
