Herb Chicken And Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
    10 oz. frozen broccoli spears
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. evaporated skimmed milk
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 c. shredded reduced fat Swiss cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Thaw, drain and cut broccoli spears into bite-size pieces and set aside.
    Slice breasts into 1/2-inch strips.
    Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and pound between sheets of plastic wrap.
    Spray skillet with no-stick cooking spray and saute chicken until no longer pink.
    Keep warm.
