Chicken Ravioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 fryers or 1 hen
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 or 3 celery stalks, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. noodles
    2 small cans sliced mushrooms
    1 small jar pimento, chopped
    1 lb. American cheese, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook chicken in large pot.
    Reserve liquid.
    Remove chicken from bone and set aside.
    Add onion, celery, noodles, salt and pepper to chicken broth.
    Add additional water, if necessary. When noodles are done, add mushrooms, pimento and cheese.
    May need to add more water, however consistency should be thick.
    This will feed a crowd.
