Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chopped water chestnuts
    2 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. crushed cheese crackers or 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing crumbs
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions.
    Drain very well.
    Combine all ingredients (except cheese and crackers) including broccoli.
    Mix well.
    Pour into a buttered quart casserole dish.
    Cover with cheese.
    Sprinkle cheese cracker crumbs on top (or stuffing).
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    May refrigerate or freeze.
    Add crumbs just before baking.
    Easily doubled.
